The City Government of Isabela under the leadership of City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman through the technical team from City Engineering Office, City Planning and Development Office, Isabela City Tourism Office and City Assessor’s Office, conducted a project monitoring activity for the Lampinigan SANDS Project, one of the City’s flagship tourism initiatives under the Tourism Champions Challenge Grant funded by the Department of Tourism through the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority, July 28, at Barangay Lampinigan.

The monitoring activity assessed the project’s ongoing implementation status, physical accomplishments, and compliance with approved plans and quality standards. It also provided an opportunity to identify implementation concerns and recommend appropriate interventions to ensure the timely and successful completion of the project.
Through regular monitoring and evaluation, the City Government continues to reinforce transparency, accountability, and the efficient use of public resources, ensuring that every development initiative is implemented effectively and translates into meaningful and sustainable benefits for the communities of Isabela City.
The activity further underscores the City Government’s commitment to advancing sustainable tourism development and ensuring that tourism initiatives contribute to inclusive growth, community empowerment, and long-term opportunities for the people of Isabela City.
