The City Government of Isabela, under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, formally turned over the newly constructed Barangay Hall with Daycare Center, July 30, to the officials and residents of Barangay Busay, reinforcing the City’s commitment to improving public service delivery and expanding access to quality community facilities.
Funded under the 20% Development Fund, the project has a total cost of P3,996,575.81 and provides Barangay Busay with a modern facility that will serve as the official barangay hall while housing a dedicated daycare center for early childhood care and development.

The facility is expected to strengthen barangay governance by providing a more accessible venue for government services, meetings, and community activities, while offering a safe and conducive learning environment for young children through its integrated daycare center.
Present during the turnover were Barangay Busay officials led by Punong Barangay Ron Alvarez, together with Councilors Alexes Ututalum and Jashim Tiplani, City Administrator Pedrito Eisma, City Engineer Engr. Mario Rayman Rubio, and the Barangay Health Workers, among others.
The turnover underscores the City Government’s continued investment in people-centered infrastructure that promotes responsive governance, supports early childhood education, and enhances the quality of life of communities across Isabela City. (Words by SJ Asakil/Photos by M. Santos, CIO)
