Zamboanga Sibugay secured a 70–49 win over Zamboanga del Sur in the secondary basketball competition of the 22nd Zamboanga Peninsula Regional Athletic Association (ZPRAA), held on April 8 at the Isabela City Civic and Cultural Center.
Sibugay established control early through strong defense and quick transitions, maintaining a steady lead throughout the game. Zamboanga del Sur tried to keep pace with hustle plays and aggressive efforts, but struggled to sustain scoring runs against Sibugay’s defensive pressure.
Sibugay held their composure until the final buzzer to secure the victory.
