MGA BENEPISYARYO NG IMLAP-SGA, NAGLUNSAD NG KIOSK-PANDAGDAG-KITA

Pinangunahan ni Punong Lungsod Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman ang paglulunsad ng IMLAP Kiosk, isang inisyatibo ng Islamic Microfinance Livelihood Assistance Program-Support Group Organization, ika-6 ng Enero, na ginanap sa Pasangan Commercial Complex. Ang proyektong ito ay isinagawa sa pakikipagtulungan ng Tanggapan ng Serbisyo sa Pampublikong Empleo (PESO), na tumulong sa pamamagitan ng pagbibigay ng mga pagsasanay, at ng Microfinance Team.
Sa kanyang mensahe, binigyang-diin ni Alkalde Turabin-Hataman ang kahalagahan ng mga inisyatibang nagmumula sa komunidad tulad ng IMLAP Kiosk sa pagtugon sa mga hamon sa ekonomiya at sa pagsusulong ng sustenableng pag-unlad. Pinuri niya ang organisasyon sa kanilang malikhaing at praktikal na pamamaraan ng pag-transforma ng mga posibleng pagkalugi bilang mga oportunidad para sa pag-unlad.
Mag-aalok ang IMLAP Kiosk ng sariwang prutas na inumin at mga meryenda, na nagtataguyod ng masustansya at abot-kayang pagkain para sa publiko. Ang inisyatibong ito ay hindi lamang tumutulong upang mabawasan ang pagkasira ng mga prutas sa pamamagitan ng paggamit ng mga hinog na prutas na malapit nang masira, kundi nagbibigay din ito ng panibagong mapagkukunan ng kita para sa asosasyon.
Ang IMLAP Kiosk ay isang patunay kung paano maaaring mapalakas ng mga microfinance program ang mga lokal na komunidad upang masulit ang mga mapagkukunan, tugunan ang mga hamon sa ekonomiya, at isulong ang sustenableng mga negosyo. Nagsisilbi itong modelo kung paano ang mga maliliit na inisyatiba ay maaaring magdala ng malaking epekto sa pagsusulong ng inklusibo at sustenableng pag-unlad. (Sulat ni SJ Asakil/Kuha ni M.
