MAYOR DADAH JOINS WELCOME OF NEW DEPED ISABELA CITY LEADERS

To mark a new chapter in educational leadership, the Department of Education – Schools Division Office of Isabela City hosted a welcome celebration for its newly designated Officer-in-Charge Schools Division Superintendent (OIC-SDS) and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (OIC-ASDS), June 23. The event, themed “Honoring Leadership,” brought together school heads and teachers to express their support and appreciation for the new leaders.
City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, who graced the occasion, expressed her gratitude and admiration for the dedication, commitment, and hard work of the education sector in fulfilling its mandate. She reaffirmed the city’s continued support for educational excellence and collaboration with DepEd.
Among the highlights were messages of support from BQES pincipal Dr. Edna Montebon, EPS/BNHS OIC Principal Dr. Arnel Hajan, BGEN Alvin Luzon of the 101st Infantry Brigade, PTA Federation president Conrad King Torres II, and ICEPS school principal Dr. Jocelyn Buenaventura, who also serves as PESPA president.
In response, OIC-SDS Dr. Ma. Laarni Villanueva and OIC-ASDS Dr. Lyna Basri expressed their gratitude and outlined their shared vision to further strengthen the quality of education in Isabela City. (Words by SJ Asakil/Photos by M. Santos, CIO)
