MAYOR DADAH HOLDS SERIES OF MEETINGS TO ADVANCE CITY PROGRAMS AND PARTNERSHIPS

Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman conducted a series of meetings with key city officials, staff, and partner organizations on July 20 at the Infirmary Conference Hall to discuss priority programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening public service delivery, cultural development, youth empowerment, and community partnerships.

Among the meetings held was with City Information Officer Mendry-Ann Lim, who presented updates on ongoing programs, upcoming activities, and priority initiatives of the City Government. Discussions focused on planning, coordination, and implementation strategies to ensure the effective delivery of public information, community development, and capacity-building initiatives, including the presentation of the proposed 2025 Pagpahati publication.

The mayor also met with City Persons with Disability Affairs Office (CPDAO) Head Gemma Paculio to discuss updates on programs and initiatives for persons with disabilities, reaffirming the City Government’s commitment to inclusive development. Preparations for the launching and opening of the City Museum were likewise tackled during a meeting with City Tourism Officer Claudio Ramos II, focusing on activity coordination and other necessary arrangements to ensure its successful inauguration.

Meanwhile, AO IV Anna Sahibil paid a courtesy visit to the mayor, during which they discussed Project ZERO—one of the administration’s priority initiatives. Deliberations centered on its implementation and the identification of a suitable project site.
