LIBRENG BIRTH REGISTRATION, HANDOG NGAYONG CIVIL REGISTRATION MONTH

Patuloy ang libreng mobile civil registration para sa live birth, handog ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Isabela sa pamamagitan ng Tanggapan ng Rehistro Sibil (CCRO) ngayong ika-26 ng Pebrero sa Plaza Misericordia, mula alas-8 ng umaga hanggang alas-5 ng hapon.

Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng mga magulang na samantalahin ang pagkakataong ito upang mairehistro nang maayos ang kapanganakan ng kanilang mga anak.

Mga kinakailangang dalhin:

Para sa mga Magulang na Kasal:

Marriage Certificate ng mga magulang

Affidavit of Live Birth

Barangay Certification

National ID o anumang valid ID

Para sa mga Magulang na Hindi Kasal:

Affidavit to Use the Surname of the Father (AUSF)

Affidavit of Live Birth

Barangay Certification

National ID o anumang valid ID

Siguraduhing kumpleto ang mga kinakailangang dokumento para sa mabilis at maayos na proseso ng pagpaparehistro! Ang programang ito ay bahagi ng pagdiriwang ng 2025 Civil Registration Month, na may temang, “Building a Resilient, Agile, and Future-Fit Civil Registration and Vital Statistics System.” Layunin nitong makamit ang zero unregistered births sa buong lungsod.
