As part of the City Government of Isabela’s ongoing commitment to public safety and security, Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, represented by City Administrator Pedrito Eisma, led the turn-over of essential logistical support to the 19th Special Forces / 4th Special Forces Battalion, Philippine Army on April 25. The turn-over ceremony included four units of watercraft engines and office supplies, held in the presence of CGSO Eugene Strong.
Representing the recipient unit, CPT Ralph Raoul Carbon, INF PA, formally accepted the equipment on behalf of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), expressing gratitude for the city’s continued support to its security forces.
The watercraft engines, with a total cost of P98,200, were procured under the Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) Plan for Calendar Year 2025. These resources are expected to strengthen the mobility and operational capabilities of special forces deployed in maritime and riverine areas of Isabela City, especially in efforts to safeguard coastal and inland communities.
