LGU-ISABELA CITY OPENS 2025 CIVIL SERVICE MONTH

In celebration of the 2025 Civil Service Month, the City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO), led by CHRMO Rosella Luna, sponsored the regular flag-raising ceremony at the City Hall grounds on September 1.
The activity is part of the nationwide observance of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA), anchored on the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan.”
A Q&A trivia game added a fun and interactive element to the program. City Administrator Pedrito Eisma, on behalf of Mayor Turabin-Hataman, awarded the prizes to the winners, recognizing their enthusiasm and participation.
During the program, employees of the city government were treated not only to a formal ceremony but also to fun and engaging activities. A Q&A trivia game tested the knowledge of the workforce on civil service milestones and government-related facts, bringing a lively atmosphere to the grounds. Adding excitement to the event, City Administrator Pedrito Eisma, representing Mayor Turabin-Hataman, personally awarded the prizes to the winners of the trivia contest, recognizing their participation and enthusiasm.
To mark the celebration, the City Government of Isabela, under the administration of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, has lined up a series of activities such as a Sports Fest, Open House, coffee tree growing, and other fun-filled events. These are designed to foster camaraderie, promote wellness, and strengthen the spirit of public service among government workers. (With Photos by M. Santos, CIO)
