LGU-ISABELA CITY JOINS SMALL KAPATAGAN’S NWMC2025 CLOSING ACTIVITY

In a heartfelt celebration of strength, resilience, and empowerment, Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman graced the 2025 Barangay Small Kapatagan Women’s Month Celebration held on April 6.

Mayor Turabin-Hataman addressed the community, highlighting this year’s Women’s Month theme, where she underscored the crucial role of women in community building and sustainable development.

Participants were treated to a joyful intermission number and engaging games that encouraged camaraderie and celebration. Joining the celebration were SP Committee on Women, Children, and Family Affairs chair Karel Annjaiza Sakkalahul and Councilor James Abner Rodriguez, who both expressed their solidarity with the women of Small Kapatagan.
