LGU-ISABELA CITY HOLDS MASS OATH-TAKING, ORIENTATION FOR NEWLY APPOINTED, PROMOTED EMPLOYEES

The City Government of Isabela, under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, conducted a Mass Oath-Taking and General Orientation for fifty-nine newly hired and promoted employees on November 7 at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall.
The activity formally inducted the newly appointed personnel into government service and oriented them on the policies, rules, and regulations of the City Government. It also aimed to promote organizational efficiency, professionalism, and accountability within the local government workforce, ensuring that each employee clearly understands the standards and ethical principles that guide public service.
In her message, Mayor Turabin-Hataman underscored that the orientation serves as a vital step in fostering integrity, dedication, and a sense of purpose among the city’s employees. She emphasized that every public servant must have a deeper understanding of their roles, duties, and responsibilities, not only as workers of the government but as partners in advancing the welfare of Isabela City’s constituents.
Through such initiatives, the City Government of Isabela reaffirms its commitment to transparent, efficient, and people-centered governance.
