LGU-ISABELA CITY EMPLOYEES ELECT NEW SET OF ICEA OFFICERS

Regular and permanent employees of the City Government of Isabela City held the election, February 16, for a new set of officers of the Isabela City Employees Association, a vital platform for employee representation, dialogue, and cooperation within the local government.
This activity is in line with existing government policies that recognize and uphold the right of public sector employees to organize and participate in employees’ associations, as provided under Executive Order No. 180 and relevant rules and issuances of the Civil Service Commission, with policy guidance and coordination support from the Department of the Interior and Local Government.
