LARGA ISABELA SA BARANGAY HOLDS SECOND STOP IN BALUNO

The Office of Vice Mayor Ar-Jhemar “Nims” Ajibon, personally led by Vice Mayor Ajibon, held the second stop of LARGA Isabela sa Barangay (Local Assistance for Responsive Governance and Access) at Barangay Baluno on November 29.
The program, supported by the City Government of Isabela under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, aims to bring government programs and essential services closer to the people, ensuring that residents in all barangays are reached and included in the city’s development efforts.
Also present was Majority Floor Leader Councilor Jeromy Casas, who expressed his support for the LARGA initiative and the collaborative efforts of the city government in serving the community.
The event featured sectoral games, raffle activities, sari-sari store package distributions, resident consultations, and youth-led engagements facilitated by ARISE Volunteers—graduates of the ARISE Youth Leadership Training initiated by the Office of the Vice Mayor. Among the highlights were the HAPIsabela Mobile Library, which brought educational resources to the children of the barangay, and the HAPIsabela Mobile Kitchen, which provided food services to the community.
Through LARGA Isabela sa Barangay, the Office of the Vice Mayor continues to strengthen its commitment to accessible governance, participatory leadership, and people-centered service delivery—ensuring that no barangay is left behind in Isabela City’s journey toward sustainable and equitable growth.
