ISABELA CITY LOCAL COUNCIL OF WOMEN OFFICERS FOR 2026, INDUCTED

As part of National Women’s Month, Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman formally inducted the newly elected officers of the Local Council of Women on March 2, honoring women leaders and reaffirming the city’s commitment to women’s empowerment and leadership development.
The induction welcomed the 2026 set of officers, who will spearhead initiatives promoting women’s rights, participation, and welfare in the community. The officers are:
▪️President: Miriam Suacito
▪️Vice President (Internal): Bernadita Hontucan
▪️Vice President (External): Misriya Iddilis
▪️Secretary: Laura Alano
▪️Assistant Secretary: Rhodessa Tantay
▪️Treasurer: Ruby Ann Yu
▪️Auditor: Sitti Hairan Ibrahim
▪️Public Information Officer (PIO): Fides Infante-Malbas
The LCW serves as a collaborative platform for women leaders, organizations, and stakeholders to advance gender-responsive programs and policies aligned with the city’s development goals.
