INCOMING, OUTGOING ISABELA CITY PNP-SAF LEADER MEET MAYOR DADAH

Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman received a courtesy visit from both the outgoing and incoming commanders of the 52nd Special Action Company (SAC), 5th Special Action Battalion (SAB) of the PNP–Special Action Force (SAF), on September 10 at Isabela City Hall.
Outgoing Commander, PCPT Bill John Martinez, paid an exit call to the City Mayor as part of the traditional turnover of leadership within the elite police unit. At the same time, Incoming Commander, PCPT Alfred Manuelle Abenoja, was formally introduced to the mayor, reaffirming the 52nd SAC’s commitment to sustaining its strong partnership with the local government in maintaining peace and order in the city.
Mayor Turabin-Hataman expressed her gratitude to PCPT Martinez for his dedicated service and close collaboration with the LGU during his tenure. She also welcomed PCPT Abenoja, assuring him of the city government’s full support in their shared mission of safeguarding the community.
