The City Government of Isabela, through its Muslim Employees Association (MEA), conducted an Islamic seminar as part of its Ramadan 2026 initiatives, aiming to strengthen the spiritual growth of city employees and reinforce the practice of Islamic values in the workplace.
Held on March 18, the seminar featured Ustaza Noraida Parang as guest lecturer. She delivered an enlightening discussion on the prohibition of mocking and looking down on others—highlighting the importance of humility, respect, and ethical conduct in daily interactions. Ustaza Parang emphasized that maintaining a respectful attitude towards colleagues and community members reflects true Islamic character and fosters harmony in both personal and professional settings.
