ICEA OFFICERS TAKE OATH FOR 2026-2029 TERM

Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman led the oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected officers of the Isabela City Employees Association (ICEA) for the term 2026–2029 on March 17, reaffirming the city government’s support for a unified and empowered workforce.
Held in a formal ceremony, the event marked the official assumption of duties of the new set of officers, who are expected to uphold the welfare and interests of city employees. Mayor Turabin-Hataman emphasized the vital role of the association in fostering collaboration, promoting employee well-being, and strengthening public service delivery.
The newly inducted officers pledged to serve with integrity, professionalism, and dedication as they take on their responsibilities for the next three years.
The officers are as follows:
President: Vilma Alcantara (BAC)
Vice President: Sara Mae Latip (CHRMO)
Secretary: Samanodin Emam (CHO)
Treasurer: Amelita Dumdum (CBO)
Auditor: Alexander Garcia (CHRMO)
Public Information Officer: Vincent Roy De Guzman (CGSO)
Peace Officer: Raymond Calumpang (CVet)
