HAPISABIDA TRAINING, HATID NG LGU-ISABELA CITY PARA SA PAGPAPALAKAS NG KABUHAYAN NG MGA KABABAIHAN

Ngayong Buwan ng Kababaihan, inihahandog ng Pamahalaang Panlungsod ng Isabela sa pangunguna ni Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman ang HAPISABIDA Training Program, na pinangungunahan ng Public Employment Service Office (PESO) sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni PESO Manager Aradelria Belleng, para sa mga miyembro ng DENDA at mga grupo ng kababaihan na kasapi ng Local Council of Women (LCW).
Layunin ng programang ito na higit pang mapalakas ang kakayahan ng mga kababaihan sa larangan ng pagnenegosyo at kabuhayan. Nagsimula ang limang araw na pagsasanay ngayong Marso 16.
Kabilang sa mga paksa sa training ang business ideation, product enhancement and marketing, entrepreneurship, at business proposal writing, na tutulong sa mga kalahok na malinang ang kanilang mga ideya sa negosyo at makabuo ng konkretong plano upang mapalago at mapatatag ang kanilang mga kabuhayan.
Dumalo sa opening program sina Councilor Karel Sakkalahul at GAD Focal Person Mendry Ann Lim, na nagbigay ng mensahe ng suporta at paghikayat sa mga kalahok na gamitin ang pagkakataong ito upang higit pang mapaunlad ang kanilang kakayahan sa pagnenegosyo.
Ayon kay Mayor Hataman, mahalaga ang ganitong pagsasanay para sa mga gustong mag-negosyo upang matiyak na may sapat silang kaalaman at malinaw na plano sa pagpapatakbo ng kanilang mga negosyo.
Sa pamamagitan ng mga ganitong inisyatiba, patuloy na pinagtitibay ng LGU Isabela City ang pagbibigay ng oportunidad, kaalaman, at suporta sa kababaihan tungo sa isang mas inklusibo at masiglang lokal na ekonomiya. 💙
