GLOBE, PALALAKASIN ANG KONEKSYON SA LUNGSOD NG ISABELA; 5G, ILULUNSAD DIN

Sa isang pagpupulong na ginanap noong ika-25 ng Marso kay Tagapangasiwa ng Lungsod Pedrito Eisma bilang kinatawan ni Alkalde Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, inilatag ng Globe Telecom ang mga plano nitong naglalayong palakasin ang ugnayan at isulong ang mga pangunahing inisyatiba sa telekomunikasyon sa Lalawigan ng Basilan. Tinalakay sa pulong ang mahahalagang update ukol sa pagpapabuti ng mobile network at broadband services sa ilalim ng programang HAPIsabela.
Isang pangunahing bahagi ng talakayan ang Zamboanga–Basilan–Jolo Submarine Cable Project, isang estratehikong proyekto sa imprastraktura na layong makapagpahusay nang malaki sa konektibidad at digital access sa buong rehiyon. Ibinahagi ng Globe Telecom ang mga update sa progreso ng proyekto, kabilang ang suporta sa lokal na permitting, mga kaayusan sa seguridad para sa isasagawang marine survey, at ang pagsusuri sa pinal na lokasyon ng cable landing station.
Tinalakay rin ng delegasyon ang iba pang isyu sa coverage at tinukoy ang mga lugar na nangangailangan ng koordinasyon at suporta sa loob ng Lungsod ng Isabela.
