FIRST REGULAR MONDAY FLAG RAISING FOR 2026

Officials and employees of the Local Government Unit of the City of Isabela gathered for the first Regular Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony for Calendar Year 2026 on January 05 at the City Hall grounds. The activity was sponsored by the City Engineering Office led by Acting City Engineer Reynaldo Dagohoy.
On behalf of City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, City Administrator Pedrito Eisma delivered the New Year’s the Chief Executive, calling on all officials and employees to uphold unity, discipline, and commitment to quality public service as the city begins another year of governance.
The ceremony also included the recognition of offices for the Best ASEAN-Inspired presentation, highlighting creativity and regional solidarity, and further served as a venue to promote patriotism and strengthen coordination among city government offices. (With Photos by M. Santos, CIO)
