‘DRAW-AND-TELL’ TILT HIGHLIGHTS CREATIVITY OF CITY’S SNED LEARNERS

As part of the 48th National Disability Rights Week 2026 celebration, the City Government of Isabela, through the City Social Welfare and Development Office and the City Persons with Disability Affairs Office, successfully conducted a Draw and Tell Competition, July 21.

The activity provided Special Needs Education (SNED) learners with a meaningful platform to showcase their creativity, imagination, and artistic talents while building self-confidence and encouraging self-expression through art and storytelling.

The competition featured participants from Isabela East Central Elementary School and Isabela Central Elementary Pilot School. Through their remarkable artworks and inspiring stories, the learners demonstrated their creativity, individuality, and the limitless potential of every child.
