Anchored on the theme “RelationSHIPS: 24 Years of the City’s Journey Anchored in Inspiring Stewardships Towards Sailing Resilience,” and in celebration of the Sakayan Festival 2025 and the 24th Cityhood Anniversary, the City Government of Isabela, under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, through the City Tourism Office, proudly presents Alegria na Plaza, a week-long showcase of talent, culture, and community spirit.
From April 26 to May 01, beginning at 6:30 PM each evening at Plaza Rizal, the city will come alive with vibrant performances from local artists and bands. Audiences will be treated to inspired renditions of both national and international melodies, reimagined with the creativity and passion of Isabeleño performers.
Through music and artistry, Alegria na Plaza honors not only the city’s rich cultural diversity but also its journey of stewardship, resilience, and growth over the past 24 years.
