ISABELA CITY SHINES AT 2025 REGIONAL FESTIVAL OF TALENTS

Mayor Sitti Djalia A. Turabin-Hataman as chair of the Local School Board, and the entire City Government of Isabela congratulates Team HAPIsabela for its success during the 2025 Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT) held at Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
Four outstanding learners from Isabela City emerged as champions in their respective categories during the 2025 Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT) and will proudly represent Region IX – Zamboanga Peninsula in the upcoming 2025 National Festival of Talents to be held this May in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
Mark Jadine Natividad of Isabela Central Elementary Pilot School, coached by Maria Zerimar Jalon, clinched first place in the Read-A-Thon English Storytelling category. Jazzy Caithleen Bonhart of Begang Central Elementary School, mentored by Rechel Macasinag, topped the Read-A-Thon Filipino Likhawento. Rapia Mohammad from Geras Integrated School secured the top spot in Musabaqah: Qur’an Reading, guided by Coach Abdulsaber Balangking. Completing the list is Azzam Hawbil of Isabela East Central Elementary School, who emerged champion in Musabaqah: Naseehah under the guidance of Coach Hamina Hawbil.
With the support of their dedicated coaches, school heads, and parents, these young talents showcased their skills and brought honor to Isabela City. Here are the other winners:

▪️Ryleigh Adrielle Fernandez – Story Resolution Challenge
(Coach: Eunice Lepiten | Isabela Central Elementary Pilot School)
▪️Nurjanna Musa – Musabaqah: Imlah
(Coach: Asna Aralun | Geras Integrated School)
The Regional Festival of Talents (RFOT) is an annual event that offers learners from both elementary and secondary levels a platform to demonstrate their talents and competencies through co-curricular activities aligned with academic standards.
This collective success stands as a testament to the strength of community support, the excellence of local schools, and the potential of Isabela City’s youth. The City Government remains committed to supporting initiatives that uplift education, celebrate talent, and build a brighter future for every Isabeleño.
