The City Government of Isabela, under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, in collaboration with the Isabela City Muslim Employees Association (ICMEA), continues its Ramadhan Lecture Series, March 20, which aimed at enriching the spiritual well-being of employees and the community.
As part of this initiative, Sheikh Mohammad Faidz Hadjala delivered an enlightening lecture on the theme “Al-Jaleesus Saleh (The Righteous Companion).” Addressing an engaged audience, Sheikh Hadjala underscored the significance of choosing righteous and morally upright companions who can influence one’s spiritual journey and strengthen one’s faith.
He highlighted how the people we surround ourselves with shape our character, actions, and relationship with Allah (SWT). Citing examples from the Qur’an and Hadith, Sheikh Hadjala provided practical guidance on fostering friendships that encourage piety, accountability, and personal growth.
