CONDO-TYPE PUBLIC HOUSING – SOON IN ISABELA CITY

To strengthen the city’s housing initiatives, Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman met with officials from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) IX on March 20 to discuss the implementation of the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program.
The discussion centered on key challenges, proposed solutions, and strategic approaches to ensure the effective rollout of the 4PH Program in Isabela City. The meeting also focused on refining the beneficiary selection process to guarantee transparency and equitable distribution of housing support.
Present were OIC HREDRD Division Chief Engr. Ariel Castillo, OIC HOACDD Division Chief Engr. Wilsa Allani, and OIC-ELUPDD Lawrence Empeynado. They were joined by City Administrator Pedrito Eisma and City Planning and Development Coordinator Gay Palagtiosa, SWO-I Datu Abdulhier Jalani and MDO-I Ashraf Abubakar from CSWDO, who reaffirmed the local government’s commitment to improving housing services for the community.
