Under the inclusive and dynamic leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, Isabela City joyously ushered in the Christmas season with ALUMBRA 2024: The HAPIsabela Christmas Switch On, held on December 2 at the City Hall Lobby. The event symbolized the beginning of a season filled with unity, hope, and gratitude, as the city illuminated its vibrant holiday displays to bring cheer to its residents and visitors.
