LGU-ISABELA CITY INKS CNA WITH CITYHALL EMPLOYEES’ UNION

The Local Government Unit of Isabela City represented by Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, formally entered into a Collective Negotiation Agreement with the Isabela City Employees Association (ICEA), represented by its President, Vilma Alcantara, during a signing ceremony on July 22.

The agreement reaffirms the shared commitment of the City Government and ICEA to uphold the welfare, rights, and professional development of government employees through strengthened cooperation, constructive dialogue, and continued partnership in promoting a productive and harmonious workplace.

Present as witnesses to the signing were CHRMO Rosella Luna, City Legal Officer Atty. Rosebell Sanson, Secretary Samanodin Emam of the City Health Office, Treasurer Amelita Dumdum of the City Budget Office, and Auditor Alexander Garcia of the City Human Resource Management Office.
