The Office of Vice Mayor Ar-Jhemar “Nims” Ajibon, personally led by Vice Mayor Ajibon, held the third stop of LARGA Isabela sa Barangay (Local Assistance for Responsive Governance and Access) at Barangay Maligui on February 15.
Supported by the City Government of Isabela under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, the program brings government services closer to residents, ensuring that every barangay participates in the city’s development initiatives.
The event featured sectoral games, raffle draws, sari-sari store package distributions, and resident consultations, alongside youth-led activities facilitated by ARISE Volunteers—graduates of the ARISE Youth Leadership Training initiated by the Office of the Vice Mayor. Highlights included the HAPIsabela Mobile Library, a program initiated by the City Information Office, which brought educational resources and joy to children, and the HAPIsabela Mobile Kitchen, which offered food services to the community.
Through LARGA Isabela sa Barangay, the Office of the Vice Mayor reaffirms its commitment to accessible governance, participatory leadership, and people-centered service delivery, ensuring that no barangay is left behind in Isabela City’s pursuit of sustainable and equitable growth.
