Nestlé Philippines in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Isabela, led by Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, through the City Tourism Office, conducted its 2026 Pre-Ramadhan Activation on February 5, to engage the local community in preparation for the holy month of Ramadhan while promoting awareness of Nestlé products and initiatives that support nutrition, wellness, and family bonding, particularly among Muslim families observing the fasting season.
The event brought together local stakeholders, community members, and city officials who participated in various activities organized by Nestlé Philippines. These included product sampling, live cooking demonstrations which was further enriched by the presence of special guests Faizal Salih and Chef Ambassador Tahir Ayunan Malikol, who led live cooking demonstrations and engaged participants through and a Ramadhan expo showcasing Nestlé’s HALAL-certified products and giveaways.
Mayor Turabin-Hataman welcomed the partnership and expressed appreciation to Nestlé Philippines for choosing Isabela City as one of the venues for its Ramadhan campaign. She highlighted the importance of private sector support in community-based activities and emphasized the value of cultural respect in strengthening local partnerships.
The activity forms part of Nestlé Philippines’ nationwide efforts to connect with communities and foster meaningful interactions while supporting cultural traditions and promoting healthy living.
