HAPISABELA MOBILE LIBRARY BRINGS JOY TO BISHOP QUEREXETA ES IN NATIONAL READING MONTH CULMINATION

In celebration of National Reading Month 2025, Bishop Querexeta Elementary School conducted its culminating activity on November 28, in collaboration with the HAPIsabela Mobile Library of the City Government of Isabela. This initiative was made possible under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, with the strong support of City Information Officer Mendry-Ann Lim, who continues to champion meaningful learning opportunities for young learners.
The event was graced by the presence of BM Ahmed Ibn Djaliv Hataman, represented by Aerison Sanchez, who expressed his support and shared an inspiring message: “Ang pagbabasa ay parang pagtawid sa isang tulay—mula sa kabila na puno ng tanong, pupunta tayo sa kabilang dulo na puno ng sagot, kaalaman, at pag-asa.”
An engaging and interactive reading session was also held, allowing pupils to enhance their literacy skills, comprehension, and confidence while deepening their appreciation for books and reading.
This culminating activity highlights the City Government’s unwavering commitment to nurturing a culture of reading and lifelong learning. Heartfelt appreciation is extended to the teachers, school administrators, partners, and stakeholders whose continuous support empowers Isabeleño learners and fuels hope through education.
