CUP MANSI: ADVANCING LIVELIHOOD OPPORTUNITIES FOR PWDs

The City Government of Isabela, through its Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office (PDAO), in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region IX, conducted the CUP MANSI Training for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and members of the Samahang Makakalikasan Farmers. This initiative aims to enhance skills, promote inclusive and sustainable livelihood opportunities, and strengthen community participation. The training funded under GAD Program was held on November 14 at the PDAO Lounge, Isabela City.
