ISABELA CITY RECOGNIZED FOR MODEL 4Ps IMPLEMENTATION IN REG’L DSWD PARTNER’S SUMMIT

The City Government of Isabela, under the leadership of City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, participated in the Regional Multi-Stakeholders’ Partnership Summit 2025 organized by the Department of Social Welfare and Development IX on November 6, in Zamboanga City.
Representing Mayor Turabin-Hataman was City Councilor Karel Annjaiza Sakkalahul, together with City Social Welfare and Development Officer Nor-Aina Asmara. They joined representatives from various national government agencies, local government units, civil society organizations, and private sector partners in the regional convergence.
During the event, the City Government of Isabela was recognized with the Consistent Compliance Award on JME Tool Submission, highlighting its commitment to effective implementation and monitoring of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) at the local level.
With the theme “Sustaining Partnerships for a Resilient and Inclusive 4Ps Future,” the summit served as a platform to strengthen collaboration and sustain the gains of the 4Ps as households transition from conditionality to self-sufficiency.
The one-day event featured the showcasing of innovations and good practices, presentation of regional accomplishments, interactive co-creation sessions, and the launch of the Partnership Monitoring Dashboard. It concluded with the recognition of Champions of Convergence and the signing of Partnership Declarations, reaffirming the collective commitment to inclusive and sustainable community development.
