Officials from the Philippine National Police (PNP), led by PBGEN Eleazar Matta, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 9 (PRO9), and PBGEN Jay Reyes Cumigad, Director of the Aviation Security Group (AVSEGROUP), paid a courtesy visit to Isabela City Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman on October 21 at the Isabela City Hall. Also present were City Administrator Pedrito Eisma, PNP-ICPS Acting Chief of Police PMAJ Kuhutan Imlani Jr., and PLTCOL Parson Asadil, among others.
The visit formed part of the PNP’s series of official engagements within the PRO9 Area of Responsibility (AOR), aimed at strengthening coordination and partnership with local government units and concerned agencies in promoting peace, order, and public safety.
During the courtesy call, the officials reaffirmed their support for the City Government of Isabela in maintaining law enforcement coordination, enhancing community safety programs, and reinforcing collaboration between the police and the local government in addressing emerging security concerns.
The visit highlighted the continuous partnership between the Philippine National Police and the City Government of Isabela in advancing initiatives that ensure peace, security, and stability across the city and the greater Basilan area.
