VICE MAYOR AJIBON LEADS LAUNCH OF ‘LARGA SA BARANGAY’ IN PANUNSULAN

The City Government of Isabela, under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, expressed full support to Vice Mayor Ar-Jhemar “Nims” Ajibon as he successfully piloted the LARGA ISABELA SA BARANGAY (Local Assistance for Responsive Governance and Access), October 12, at Barangy Panunsulan.
Representing Mayor Turabin-Hataman, Basilan District 1 Board Member Ahmed Ibn Djaliv Hataman delivered her message of support, affirming the city’s commitment to bringing public service directly to the communities. Majority Floor Leader Councilor Jeromy Jay Casas was also in attendance, signifying unity in advancing grassroots leadership.
The activity featured sectoral games, raffles, sari-sari store package distribution, consultations, and youth-led engagements facilitated by ARISE Volunteers—graduates of the ARISE Youth Leadership Training initiated by the Office of the Vice Mayor.
Through LARGA ISABELA SA BARANGAY, the City Government continues to champion accessible governance, participatory leadership, and people-centered service delivery, ensuring that no barangay is left behind in the city’s journey toward inclusive development.
