Launched on July 15, 2022, IsaTV is the brainchild of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, born from her visionary idea of creating a dynamic platform that bridges the local government and the community through accessible information and engaging storytelling.
Backed by the City Information Office and powered by a dedicated nine-member team, including Head Writer Kristine Lim and Technical Manager Keith Charles Galos, IsaTV has evolved into a trusted source of information that empowers Isabeleños, promotes good governance, and celebrates community creativity.
As IsaTV steps into its fourth year, it continues to carry forward the Mayor’s vision by producing programs that inform, inspire, and connect people — staying true to its mission of telling HAPIsabela stories that matter.
