ISABELA CITY WELCOMES GIRL SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINE – HOSTS THIRD WESTERN MINDANAO RCM

The City Government of Isabela, through Vice Mayor Ar-Jhemar Ajibon on behalf of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman, welcomed the delegates of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) – Western Mindanao for the conduct of its 3rd Regional Committee Meeting (RCM) held from September 2–4 in the city.
In his welcome message, Vice Mayor Ajibon expressed the city’s pride and gratitude for being chosen as the venue for this significant gathering, underscoring Isabela’s commitment to supporting organizations that champion youth empowerment, leadership, and community service. City Administrator Pedrito Eisma likewise joined in extending the city’s hospitality to the participants.
Meanwhile, National President Dr. Nina Yuson shared her hopes for the continued growth of GSP in Western Mindanao, highlighting the uniqueness and richness of Isabela’s culture. She expressed her gratitude for the very warm welcome extended to the delegation, saying that the experience reflects the city’s distinct identity and spirit of community.
The gathering was also graced by National Executive Director Roselyn Davadilla, Dapitan City Mayor and Regional Chairperson Evelyn Uy, along with other national and regional officials. It likewise brought together council presidents, executives, and key officers from Cotabato City, Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, Marawi City, Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat, North Cotabato, Sulu, Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Norte, Zamboanga del Sur, and Basilan.
