On the first days of his final term, City Councilor Khaleedsher Asarul kickstarted his service by holding a consultation meeting on July 2, 2025, at the City General Services Office (CGSO) and its Motorpool facility, followed by an on-site visit in Lantung, Barangay Baluno.
The meeting, joined by Public Services Officer II Saddam Lagoyo, Supervising Administrative Officer Vilmor Morales and Motorpool In-Charge Joel Andajao, focused on listening to the immediate concerns and operational challenges faced by CGSO personnel. Konsi Koyang emphasized the importance of seeing the situation firsthand and even suggested conducting rounds across all CGSO areas to personally assess what needs to be improved and repaired.
As he visited the Lantung site himself, he recognized both the progress already made under the leadership of Mayor Sitti Djalia Turabin-Hataman and the remaining areas for enhancement. Despite evident improvements, he listened intently to ensure the best solutions are crafted — all in pursuit of delivering quality and equitable public service to the people of Isabela City.
